Welcome! I’m Dr. Arzu Karaman Gonulalan, a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a passion for uncovering the root causes of illnesses and guiding patients towards optimal health and wellbeing. With a training background from Sinai Grace Hospital/Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, I have honed my skills in providing comprehensive medical care.
Throughout my years of practice, I’ve observed that many patients continue to struggle with their health despite numerous treatment options. This realization fueled my curiosity to explore alternative approaches that delve deeper into the underlying causes of illness. To better serve my patients and broaden my expertise, I pursued extensive training in Functional Medicine—an integrative approach that addresses the interconnectedness of the body and aims to restore health at its core.
Passions Beyond Medicine
I live with my family in Carmel. We enjoy traveling together, creating lasting memories as a family. I’m also an avid learner and have a passion for drumming, and am a proud black belt in Taekwondo.
